What to Expect

We provide packages/bundles to make it easy for our client to pay one amount each month and to be able to pick up the phone and call an engineer or techinician.  The following bulletpoints regarding our packages will help you get a better idea of how the pricing, billing, and services levels are structured.

• We bill monthly.
• To get things started, one of our engineers will do an on-site assessment of your entire network.  Our engineer will then present what they found during the assessment and make recommendations.
• Typical recommendations are as follows:
  • Number of hours per month your business will need to function properly
    • Typical hours with our clients seem to fall within the following ranges: 5, 10, 20, 40
  • Security threats & possible viruses found
  • Possible misconfigurations
  • Failing equipment & an economical replacement
• The billing for the assessment will be taken from your first months alotment of hours.
• Per our service level agreement, you will then pick up the phone and schedule a tech or engineer for an future problems or help in growing your network.
